Delivery
Here at Teddy Bears Malaysia, we prepare your Bear to your exact requirements and we can guarantee that your Bear will be despatched to You within 48 hours of your Order being received.
We use Registered Post Service for deliveries. All services provide a proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation of delivery.
Malaysia Deliveries:
- Standard Delivery
Delivery time approx 3-5 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will not be processed and despatched until following working day. Orders despatched Monday-Saturday.
- Special Delivery orders (next day) are given priority over Standard Delivery.
Orders are sent using Registered Post Service which requires a receiving signature and are guaranteed to arrive the next day. You need to order before 2.00pm for delivery next day. Next day service is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays. Orders placed after 2.00pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday to arrive on Tuesday.
International Deliveries:
Europe - (5-7 business days from despatch date)
U.S.A & Rest Of World - (7-10 business days from despatch date)
International Customs and duty charges
We offer our gifts to worldwide destinations although local restrictions may apply. We regret that we cannot affect the actions of local customs and cannot accept any liability if you order is delayed or damaged due to third parties. By placing your order you accept that local customs and duty charges may also apply.
Your Personalised Bear does require a signature, so please ensure that the Delivery can be accepted. If not, then please check your Letter Box for further instructions on where to collect (ie the local sorting office). If your Bear or Bears are returned to us, you may be liable for re-delivery costs. Delivery on Saturday does occur, however this is NOT guaranteed. There are NO Sunday deliveries.
An Email confirmation will be sent to your submitted email address, relating to your order and will include your delivery details. We have also introduced our own Order Tracking which allows you to check progress of your Order/Delivery (please note that this service is updated on daily basis, usually between 6pm-8pm). If you do have any questions regarding your order or anything else then please contact us using this form here Please quote your Order Ref where applicable.
Non-Delivery, Shortage or Damaged Goods
Please Notify us within 7 days of receieving your goods of any Damage or Shortage that may have occured. If you goods have not been delivered after your given delivery time has elapsed, please contact us and we can track or investigate the nature of your enquiry. Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods.
Refunds and Returns
We will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty product or be unsatisfied with a product within 7 days of receiving your order on the following conditions:
If any product in your order proves to be faulty, please contact us quoting your Original Order Number. You can email the Teddy Bears Malaysia Customer Services Team to discuss the matter. We will endeavour to resolve the situation swiftly and professionally. If a product is found to be faulty we will replace your product at no extra charge or offer a full refund. For faulty products we will refund the Full amount including returning postage costs. You will be responsible for the returning the faulty product to us. Please use a postal service that offers tracking ie Registered Post Recorded Delivery Service. Please return to the address below in the original packaging and with all tags attached. On receipt of the returned product we will issue a Full refund if the item(s) are deemed to be faulty.
Exceptions - Faulty Goods caused by wear and tear, your accident, neglect or misuse.
Spelling mistakes and grammatical errors submitted by purchaser for Personalisation. (We embroider EXACTLY what you request so please check carefully prior to submitting your order)
All products returned must be in the original packaging and the label tags still attached.

Cancellations by You
By Clicking the Add to Cart button You are stating that you Agree with Our Terms and Conditions and agree to Pay the Total Amount of Your Order. Due to the Customised/Personalised Nature of our Products, We are unable to cancel an order once production has commenced. Your order is processed on a daily basis and we despatch within 48 hours. If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately within 2 hours of placing your order at sales@teddybearshongkong.com and we will endeavour to do our best for you.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right not to provide goods, terminate membership accounts remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
